홍남기획(HONGNAM Inc.)(이하 "회사" 또는 "당사"라 한다)은 이용자의 개인정보를 소중하게 생각하며, 대한민국 「개인정보 보호법」 및 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 개인정보 처리방침은 당사가 제공하는 워키파이(Walki-Fi) 서비스 이용과 관련하여 개인정보가 어떻게 수집·이용·보관·공유되는지 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목

당사는 서비스 제공을 위해 필요한 최소한의 개인정보를 수집하고 있습니다.

1) 회원가입 및 이용자가 직접 제공하는 정보

• 회원가입·계정(필수) : 소셜 로그인(카카오·구글·애플) 계정 식별 정보, 프로필 표시명(닉네임), 프로필 사진, 만 14세 이상 여부 확인 값

• 문의 시(선택) : 이메일, 문의 내용

• 휴대폰 연동 데이터: 휴대폰 연동 걸음 수 데이터(이동거리 제외)

• 서비스 이용 기록: 접속 빈도, 활동 시간, 메시지 발송 빈도, 가족 챌린지 및 목표 달성 빈도 등 활동 데이터

• 웹사이트 방문 시 자동으로 수집되는 정보:

   • 카카오·구글·애플 계정으로부터 연동된 프로필 정보(사진, 프로필 표시명 등)를 처리하여 프로필 기능 및 계정 생성·관리
   • 이용자가 확인한 '만 14세 이상' 여부를 통한 연령 확인 및 만 14세 미만의 가입 제한
   • 가족 구성원 간의 활동량 및 목표 달성 현황 공유를 위한 가족 관계 연결 및 관리
   • 휴대폰 연동 걸음 수 데이터를 통한 가족 걷기 정보 제공

2. 맞춤형 서비스 및 광고 제공
   • 활동량 분석(소통 횟수 및 목표 달성 빈도 등)을 기반으로 한 맞춤형 정보 제공, 제휴 챌린지 상품 추천 및 마케팅 알림(푸시 메시지) 발송

3. 고객 지원
   • 이용자 문의 응대 및 불만 처리, 공지사항 전달

4. 서비스 개선 및 보안
   • 보안, 부정 사용 방지, 서비스 안정성 확보 및 통계학적 특성에 따른 서비스 개선

3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간

당사는 관련 법령에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보유·이용합니다.

• 회원 가입 및 프로필 정보: 회원 탈퇴 시까지 (단, 계정 삭제 시 즉시 또는 기술적으로 가능한 범위 내에서 지체 없이 삭제)

• 결제 관련 정보: 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률에 따라 5년 동안 보관

9. 아동의 개인정보 보호

① 회사가 제공하는 서비스는 만 14세 이상인 자를 대상으로 하며, 만 14세 미만 아동은 서비스에 가입하거나 이용할 수 없습니다.

② 회사는 카카오·구글·애플 로그인 방식과 무관하게, 회원가입 시 이용자가 직접 확인하는 '만 14세 이상입니다' 항목을 통해 연령을 확인하며, 해당 항목을 확인하지 않은 경우 가입 및 서비스 이용이 제한됩니다.

③ 회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 만약 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보가 수집된 사실이 확인되는 경우 회사는 해당 정보를 지체 없이 파기하며, 법정대리인은 해당 아동의 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·파기를 요청할 수 있습니다.

• Registration and Account (required): social login (Kakao, Google, Apple) account identifier information, profile display name (nickname), profile photo, and the age confirmation value ("14 years of age or older")

2) Information Collected in the Course of Using the Services

• Mobile-linked data: step-count data linked from the mobile device (excluding distance traveled)

• Service usage records: activity data such as access frequency, activity time, message-sending frequency, and family challenge and goal achievement frequency

• Information automatically collected when visiting the website:
  • Access IP address and approximate location information (for the purposes of preventing fraudulent use, ensuring service stability, statistical analysis, and fulfilling legal obligations)
  • Browser type, settings, and language
  • Device information (model, OS version, etc.)

2. Purposes of Using Personal Information

The Company uses the collected personal information for the following purposes.

1. Provision of the Services and Performance of the Contract
   • Processing profile information (photo, profile display name, etc.) linked from Kakao, Google, and Apple accounts to provide profile features and to create and manage accounts
   • Verifying age through the user's confirmation of being "14 years of age or older" and restricting registration by persons under 14 years of age
   • Connecting and managing family relationships to share activity levels and goal achievement status among family members
   • Providing family walking information through step-count data linked from the mobile device

2. Provision of Personalized Services and Advertising
   • Providing personalized information based on activity analysis (such as interaction counts and goal achievement frequency), recommending affiliated challenge products, and sending marketing notifications (push messages)

3. Customer Support
   • Responding to user inquiries, handling complaints, and delivering notices

4. Service Improvement and Security
   • Security, prevention of fraudulent use, ensuring service stability, and improving the Services based on statistical characteristics

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

The Company retains and uses users' personal information in accordance with applicable laws.

• Registration and profile information: until membership withdrawal (provided that, upon account deletion, the information is deleted immediately or without delay to the extent technically feasible)

• Payment-related information: retained for 5 years in accordance with the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.

• Other personal information for which the retention period has expired or the processing purpose has been achieved: safely destroyed without delay in an unrecoverable manner

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

As a rule, the Company does not provide users' personal information to external parties. However, it may be provided exceptionally in the following cases.

• Where the user has explicitly consented in advance (e.g., provision of information in connection with participation in an affiliated challenge)

• Where required by applicable laws or requested by an investigative agency in accordance with due legal process

5. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing

The Company may outsource certain tasks to external providers in order to provide the Services. In such cases, the Company stipulates in contracts and otherwise the matters necessary to protect personal information in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Overseas Transfer of Personal Information

The Company stores users' personal information only in the 'Seoul, Republic of Korea' region and does not transfer or process users' personal information overseas.

• Storage location: AWS in the Seoul, Republic of Korea region

• Protective measures: encryption at rest, access control, and application of the principle of least privilege

7. Users' Rights

Users may exercise the following rights at any time, and may make requests through the [Settings] menu in the app or by email.

• Request to access their own personal information

• Request to correct or delete their own personal information

• Request to suspend the processing of personal information

• Withdrawal of consent to the use of personalized advertising and marketing information (push notifications)

• Account Deletion
  * The account will be deleted without delay upon using the [Settings > Membership Withdrawal] menu in the app or submitting a request to the Contact point.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Company's website and app may use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes.

• Providing basic website functions and maintaining performance

• Saving browser environment and settings

• Reviewing access statistics and analyzing usage

9. Protection of Children's Personal Information

① The Services provided by the Company are intended for persons 14 years of age or older, and children under 14 years of age may not register for or use the Services.

② Regardless of the Kakao, Google, or Apple login method, the Company verifies age through the "I am 14 years of age or older" item that the user confirms directly during registration. Registration and use of the Services are restricted if the user does not confirm this item.

③ The Company does not collect the personal information of children under 14 years of age. If it is confirmed that the personal information of a child under 14 has been collected, the Company destroys such information without delay, and the legal representative may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or destruction of the child's personal information.

10. Technical and Administrative Measures for the Protection of Personal Information

The Company takes the following measures for the safe processing of personal information.

• Management of access rights and granting of least privilege

• Encryption of the account information stored on a limited basis and use of a security protocol (HTTPS)

• Periodic system inspection and log monitoring

11. Changes to the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be amended in accordance with applicable laws and changes to the Services. In the event of any material change, the Company will provide notice through announcements within the Services, etc.
